Hadith Regarding the one who is not merciful to Mankind
Narrated Jarir bin `Abdullah:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Allah will not be merciful to those who are not merciful to mankind." [Sahih al-Bukhari 7376]

Hadith Regarding the Patience of Allah regarding those people who deny his Tawheed(Oneness)
Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ashari:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "None is more patient than Allah against the harmful and annoying words He hears (from the people): They ascribe children to Him, yet He bestows upon them health and provision. [Sahih al-Bukhari 7378]
Hadith no.413
Hadith Regarding Description of Paradise
Abu Bakr b. Abdullah b. Qais reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said that in Paradise there would be a tent made of a single hollowed pearl, the breadth of which would be sixty miles from all sides and there would live a family in each corner and the other would not be able to see the believer who goes around them. [Sahih Muslim 2838b]

Sahih Hadith Regarding giving Judgements
Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father from Zaynab bint Abi Salama from Umm Salama, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "I am but a man to whom you bring your disputes. Perhaps one of you is more eloquent in his proof than the other, so I give judgement according to what I have heard from him. Whatever I decide for him which is part of the right of his brother, he must not take any of it, for I am granting him a portion of the Fire." [Muwata Imam Malik Book 36 Hadith 1]
Hadith no.415
Sahih Hadith Regarding leaving some wealth behind for your heirs
It was narrated from 'Amir bin Sa'd that his father said:
"I became ill with a sickness from which I later recovered. The Messenger of Allah came to visit me, and I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I have a great deal of wealth and I have no heir except my daughter. Shall I give two-thirds of my wealth in charity?' He said: 'No.' I said: 'Half?' He said: 'No.' I said: 'One-third?' He said: '(Give) one-third, and one-third is a lot. It is better to leave your heirs independent of means, than to leave them poor and holding out their hands to people.'" [Sunan An-Nasai 3656]
Hadith no.416
Hadith Regarding Certain acts which are prohibited in Islam
Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit:
who took part in the battle of Badr and was a Naqib (a person heading a group of six persons), on the night of Al-'Aqaba pledge: Allah's Apostle said while a group of his companions were around him, "Swear allegiance to me for:
1. Not to join anything in worship along with Allah.
2. Not to steal.
3. Not to commit illegal sexual intercourse.
4. Not to kill your children.
5. Not to accuse an innocent person (to spread such an accusation among people).
6. Not to be disobedient (when ordered) to do good deed."
The Prophet (ﷺ) added: "Whoever among you fulfills his pledge will be rewarded by Allah. And whoever indulges in any one of them (except the ascription of partners to Allah) and gets the punishment in this world, that punishment will be an expiation for that sin. And if one indulges in any of them, and Allah conceals his sin, it is up to Him to forgive or punish him (in the Hereafter)." 'Ubada bin As-Samit added: "So we swore allegiance for these." (points to Allah's Apostle) [Sahih al-Bukhari 18]
Hadith no.417
Hadith Regarding Saying Takbir during Salah(before and after prostration)
Mutarrif reported:
I and 'Imran bin Husain said prayer behind 'Ali bin Abi Talib. He recited takbir when he prostrated, and he recited takbir when he raised his head and he recited takbir while rising up (from the sitting position at the end of two rak'ahs). When we had finished our prayer, 'Imran caught hold of my hand and said: He (Hadrat Ali) has led prayer like Muhammad (ﷺ) or he said: He in fact recalled to my mind the prayer of Muhammad (may peace be upon him.) [Sahih Muslim 393]
Hadith no.418
Sahih Hadith Regarding a Group of People who will remain on the truth
It was narrated from Thawban that:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "A group among my Ummah will continue to follow the truth and prevail, and those who oppose them will not be able to harm them, until the command of Allah comes to pass." [Sunan Ibn Majah 10]
Hadith no.419
Hadith Regarding Virtues of Building a Mosque
Mahmud bin Labid reported:
When 'Uthman bin 'Affan intended to build the mosque (of the Prophet) the people did not approve of it. They liked that it should be kept in the same state. Thereupon he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: He who built a mosque for Allah, Allah would build a house for him like it in Paradise. [Sahih Muslim 533b]
Mecca Joint Defence agreement
A couple of days ago a defence agreement was signed between Türkiye, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in the Holy City of Mecca which was termed as Mecca Defence agreement. This is a very good sign that three of the most powerful Muslim countries have finally realized that if they want to protect their sovereignty then they have to form alliances with other Muslim countries rather than depending on America to protect them. During the war with Iran America failed to protect its gulf allies from Iranian strikes. It instead shifted its focus on protecting Israel and reopening the Straight of Hormuz. I pray to Allah that this agreement is for the betterment of the Ummah. This agreement is the result of America's waning influence in the region. Türkish foreign minister Hakan Fidan said that this agreement is not against any country. The reason why these countries have signed this agreement is because all these countries need each other to fulfill their own geopolitical interests. Saudi Arabia signed this agreement because America didn't protect them from Iranian attacks. Another key reason for Saudi Arabia signing this agreement are the Houthis which Saudi Arabia has tried to defeat for a long time but has been unsuccessful so far. If we talk about Pakistan then we all know that they have a very capable Military and they need to be a part of this sort of alliance to counter India. Pakistan also has a very weak economy so they need Saudi money to keep their economy running. They also require drones and other Military equipment as well so they need Türkiye because Türkiye has got a very formidable defence industry. Türkiye is part of this alliance because they see that one day they will have to fight a war against Israel or if not a war than at least a proxy war will be fought and Syria will be a battle ground between Türkiye and Israel. This means that Türkiye needs money which the Saudis have got and also Nuclear Weapons which Pakistan posseses. While I appreciate this agreement but a question arises that where were these three countries when Palestinians were being butchered by Israel? Türkiye did issue bold statements which were devoid of any action but apart from that they did nothing. Saudi Arabia didn't do even that and infact they stopped the Imams of the Holy Mosques from praying for Palestine. Pakistan was also silent when it came to Palestine. When action was demanded all of them willingly signed Trump's board of Peace which helped Israel and stripped Hamas from resisting Israel. Allah says in the Quran;
And what is it with you? You do not fight in the cause of Allah and for oppressed men, women, and children who cry out, “Our Lord! Deliver us from this land of oppressors! Appoint for us a saviour; appoint for us a helper—all by Your grace.” [Surah An-Nisa Verse no.75]
Why wasn't this agreement signed between our oppressed Muslim brothers in Palestine, East Türkistan and Kashmir etc.? Some of you might argue that these regions are not countries or they do not have a political representation with which an agreement can be signed. Then my reply is that all of us are Muslims. We pray to Allah, our Quran is one, our Kaaba is one and our Prophet is one. We don't need to sign an agreement to protect our own Muslim brothers. All the Muslims regardless of their sect, ethnicity or race are already in agreement with each other and this agreement has been assigned to us by Allah Almighty in the Quran.
In the past as well several such alliances have been formed between Muslim countries but all of them have been proven to be ineffective in protecting Muslims from Oppression. The Organization of Islamic Countries also know as OIC was formed back in the 1970s. Both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were key members of this alliance which are also part of the Mecca Defence agreement. I will discuss the role OIC especially Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have played in the past when it comes to safeguarding the interests of the Ummah. (Note: I will discuss some key historical facts briefly and I would exclude some points so that my article doesn't become too long.) The Soviets attacked Afghanistan in 1979 and the response of the the Muslim Ummah to that attack was good. Pakistan and the Saudis with the help of Americans played a key role in training the Mujahideen that fought the Soviets. A key point which should be noted here is that America helped Muslims not because of their love for Islam but rather it was because they wanted the Soviets out of Afghanistan. So American interest coincided with the interest of the Ummah but the main effort to defeat the Soviets was conducted by the Mujahideen who were trained by Pakistan. The Americans provided weapons and the Saudis funded them. For this Saudi Arabia and Pakistan should be appreciated. After the Soviets were dragged out of Afghanistan Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were unsuccessful in uniting the various Jihadi factions that fought the Soviets and these factions started fighting each other. As a result Afghanistan was devastated by a civil war. This is a long story which I will not discuss now as it is beyond the scope of this article.
Then in 2001 came America's war on 'terror' which were the aftermath of the September 11 attacks in Newyork. America put the blame of these attacks on Osama bin Laden the same Jihadi commander who fought the Soviets in Afghanistan. He was among the various Mujahideen who were funded by America and Saudi Arabia. Anyhow getting back to the topic America invaded Afghanistan martyred innocent Afghans and destroyed the country. The OIC was unsuccessful in stopping America from invading Afghanistan infact Pakistan and Saudi Arabia played a crucial role in America's invasion of Afghanistan. Both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia provided military bases to America for a invading Afghanistan. Pakistan also provided logistical support and intelligence to America. Then America also invaded Iraq in 2003 in the guise of toppling Saddam Husseyn and getting rid of Iraq's chemical weapons which turned out to be a lie. This time as well Saudi Arabia and various other gulf countries provided military bases to America to invade Iraq. American invasion of Iraq resulted in the Martyrdom of millions of innocent Iraqis. By the way Iranian proxies were also involved in fighting against Saddam's regime which in a way helped America but that is a separate issue.
Similarly OIC was unable to stop NATO from invading Libya. There is a very long list of OIC being unsuccessful in safeguarding or protecting Muslims from the enemies of Islam and this list also includes OIC not doing anything to stop Israel from oppressing Palestinians. OIC has also failed to save Indian Muslims including Kashmiris from being oppressed by India and it also hasn't done anything to save Uyghurs from being oppressed by China. On each of these occasions when Muslims were being oppressed OIC did nothing except for condemnation and issuing empty statements which are worthless. Here I would also like to discuss Türkiye's role in the past because it is also key member of OIC and also a part of the Mecca agreement. Türkiye did not participate actively during the Afghanistan Jihad but despite being a key NATO member its role in America and NATO's invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan was not as treacherous as the role played by Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and other gulf countries. Türkiye alongside Qatar was helping Syrian opposition fighters who fought and eventually toppled the Al-Assad regime after fighting a devastating civil war which lasted for 12 years. Under Erdoğan Türkiye has gradually shifted its political interests from the West and more towards the Muslim Ummah. Türkiye has also criticized India for mistreating the Kashmiris and China for oppressing the Uyghurs. For this Erdoğan has to be appreciated but in case of Palestine Türkiye's role has also been treacherous. Over the years Türkiye has also softened its stance towards China and has to some extent sidelined the Uyghurs.
Proposals to make the Mecca Defence agreement Effective
I have some proposals which I think should be used to make the Mecca Joint Defence agreement Effective.
If this agreement is to be effective then it should not be based upon geopolitical interests because geopolitical interests of nations evolve with time. Instead this agreement should be based on Islam and the brotherly bond that has been placed between us by Allah Almighty. Allah says in the Quran;
And hold firmly together to the rope of Allah and do not be divided. Remember Allah’s favour upon you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts, so you—by His grace—became brothers. And you were at the brink of a fiery pit and He saved you from it. This is how Allah makes His revelations clear to you, so that you may be ˹rightly˺ guided. [Surah Al-Imran Verse no.103]
And do not be like those who split ˹into sects˺ and differed after clear proofs had come to them. It is they who will suffer a tremendous punishment. [Surah Al-Imran Verse no.105]
It is possible that geopolitical interests change but the brotherly bond between Muslims will never change. Another thing that this agreement should not be limited to only three countries but it should include other Muslim countries as well like Afghanistan, Egypt, Qatar, Syria and even Iran etc. Now some might argue that Iran did some pretty bad things in Syria and Iraq which is true. Well if this is the argument then what about the Saudis? Haven't the Saudis also bombed Yemen in the guise of fighting the Houthis which has resulted in the killing of innocent Yemenis? What about the fact that many gulf countries like Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait etc. have invested Trillions of Dollars in America and also have American Military bases in their countries which were also used to kill our brothers in Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq so by that argument none of the Gulf countries including Saudi Arabia should be part of this agreement. The same goes for Pakistan which helped America in invading Afghanistan so they should also not be part of this agreement. What I mean to say is that many Muslim countries in the past have in one way or another oppressed each other so if we start this argument then we would never be able to unite. Allah says in the Quran;
"And the retribution for an evil act is an evil one like it, but whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is [due] from Allah . Indeed, He does not like wrongdoers." [Surah al-Shura verse no.40]
In my opinion all the Muslim countries should forgive each other and move forward. Those Muslim countries which have wronged their brotherly countries should apologize for their mistakes. For the enemies of Islam there us no difference between a Shia and a Sunni and they will target each one of us. Just recently Israel attacked Syria and before this they fought a war with Iran eventhough both Iran and Syria have huge differences with each other. Another key proposal to pursue if this agreement is to succeed is that it should include all the Muslim countries in the world and all the differences that different Muslim countries have with each other should be resolved. Here I would like to quote a verse from the Holy Quran in which Allah says;
And if two groups of believers fight each other, then make peace between them. But if one of them transgresses against the other, then fight against the transgressing group until they ˹are willing to˺ submit to the rule of Allah. If they do so, then make peace between both ˹groups˺ in all fairness and act justly. Surely Allah loves those who uphold justice. [Surah Al-Hujurat Verse no.9]
Talks between Saudi Arabia and Iran should be held to end the differences between them. Similarly differences between Pakistan and Afghanistan should also be resolved. If Pakistan can hold talks with India than why can't they negotiate with Afghanistan to resolve the Issues with each other. The same can be said to Afghanistan whose relations with India have improved over the last couple of years under the Taliban but somehow they are not willing to sit with Pakistan. Similarly Syria and Iran should also reconcile with each other. Iran can hold direct and indirect talks with America on multiple issues but they can not negotiate with Syria. Even though it is Iran which has wronged the Syrians for which it needs to apologize. Syria's relationship with Russia has also improved over the last couple of months but they are not willing to sit with Iran. Although Russia and Iran both were involved in supporting the tyranny of the Al-Assad regime. I will also talk about Yemen as well because one of the reasons why the Saudis have joined this agreement are the Houthis. Yemen which is a very poor country needs to be united and neither the Saudis nor the Iranians should be allowed to interfere in Yemen. Various stake holders in Yemen which includes the Houthis and all other Saudi backed groups should sit together. They should resolve this conflict and the fighting in Yemen needs to end. Why is it that Muslim countries are ready to negotiate with America, Russia, China and India etc which have killed so many Muslims but they are not willing to negotiate with each other? Muslim countries like Qatar and Türkiye which are respectable and have got good relations with many Muslim countries can play a key role in resolving these conflicts. If this alliance is formed on the behest of China, America or Russia to fulfill their imperial ambitions then it will also fail just like the OIC. Instead an Ummatic approach needs to be pursued while forming this alliance. The Ummah can never protect their interests while allying with those countries that kill our Muslim brothers and promote injustice in the entire world. Allah says in the Quran;
O believers Do not seek the guardianship of those given the Scripture before you and the disbelievers who have made your faith a mockery and amusement. And be mindful of Allah if you are ˹truly˺ believers. [Surah Al-Maidah Verse no.57]
Your only guardians are Allah, His Messenger, and fellow believers—who establish prayer and pay alms-tax with humility. [Surah Al-Maidah Verse no.55]
In short I would like to say that the Mecca Joint Defence agreement is a very good sign which signals that Muslims are uniting with each other. If the Ummah wants to reap the full benefits of this agreement than this agreement should not be based upon geopolitical interests but rather on the brotherly bond that has been placed between us in the Quran. This pact should not be limited to these Türkiye, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan but the entire Ummah should be included in this which includes our oppressed Muslim brothers in Palestine, Kashmir, East Türkistan and elsewhere. Those Muslim countries which have committed mistakes against other Muslim countries should apologize to them. All the Muslim countries should respect each other's sovereignty. We must remember one thing that Muslims are already in an agreement with each other and this agreement has been assigned to us by Allah Almighty in the Quran. Another important point is that this alliance should not become a tool to fulfill the Imperial ambitions of America, China or Russia but it should be purely for the benefit of the Ummah and the rest of the People who are being oppressed by World Powers. I also call upon the leaders of the Ummah to bury their ego and think beyond their own individual interests. If the things that I have discussed in the article are not taken into account then this agreement will fail just like the OIC. I would end my discussion on this topic by quoting two verses from the Holy Quran in which Allah says;
Whoever allies themselves with Allah, His Messenger, and fellow believers, then it is certainly Allah’s party that will prevail. [Surah Al-Maidah Verse no.56]
Indeed, you ˹O Prophet˺ are not responsible whatsoever for those who have divided their faith and split into sects. Their judgment rests only with Allah. And He will inform them of what they used to do. [Surah Al-Anam verse no.159]
Israeli attacks on Syria
In the last couple of days the sovereignty of Syria has been violated multiple times by Israel. Israel is doing so in the guise of preventing Türkiye from stationing its military in Syria. In my opinion Türkiye should act cautiously but not cowardly. They should keep on arming the Syrian Military so that they can resist against Israel just like they resisted against the Al-Assad regime. A couple of days ago Syrian foreign minister Assad Al Shaibani visited Pakistan which is a good sign. Syria already has good relations with the Saudi Arabia and Türkiye and if they have good relations with Pakistan then it will help them a lot. Pakistan and Türkiye can train the Syrian army. If they are also included in the Mecca Defence agreement then it will be a death blow to Israel.
Situation in Pakistan Administered Kashmir
Al Jazeera and various credible media outlets have reported about the alarming situation in Pakistani administered Kashmir. Protests have erupted in the entire region. Pakistan has deployed paramilitary forces in the entire region. Deadly clashes have also been reported between the security forces and the Protestors which have resulted in several casualties. I call upon the Pakistani government not to do what India has done in its administered Kashmir and act with restraint. Talks should be held between the government and the protestors and the government should fulfill the legitimate demands of the Protestors. If Pakistani government can hold talks with India eventhough the two countries have fought multiple wars then why can't the Pakistani government hold talks with these Protestors?
O Allah guide the rulers of the Ummah and if their is no guidance in their fate then replace them with those who are worthy to rule the Ummah. O Allah grant Muslims courage to stand up to their rulers if they do something unlawful. O Allah unite the Ummah and eradicate the differences that are present between different Muslim countries. O Allah grant patience, strength and steadfastness to our Muslim brothers fighting oppression in Palestine, Kashmir, East Turkistan, Yemen, Myanmar, Iran, Sudan and elsewhere. O Allah give the Muslim Ummah the strength, courage and faith to help those who are being oppressed around the world.
