 In this blog, I have written about the verse of the Quran in which Allah has told us that the Moon doesn't have its own light but it just reflects the light of the Sun. Surah Al-Furqan Verse 61 "Blessed is the One Who has placed constellations in the sky, as well as a ˹radiant˺ lamp (Sun)  and a luminous moon." Explanation                      In this verse of the Quran, Allah has clearly mentioned that it is the Sun which has its own light, whereas the Moon reflects the Light of the Sun or is illuminated by the light of the Sun. We discovered this fact just recently while it was mentioned in the Quran 1400 years ago at a time when science didn't have the expertise to discover these facts, so there is no way that people at that time could ever know this.
