Hadith no.271

Hadith Regarding Ad-Dajjal(Anti Christ)

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) told us a long narrative about Ad-Dajjal, and among the many things he mentioned, was his saying, "Ad-Dajjal will come and it will be forbidden for him to pass through the entrances of Medina. He will land in some of the salty barren areas (outside) Medina; on that day the best man or one of the best men will come up to him and say, 'I testify that you are the same Dajjal whose description was given to us by Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) .' Ad-Dajjal will say to the people, 'If I kill this man and bring him back to life again, will you doubt my claim?' They will say, 'No.' Then Ad-Dajjal will kill that man and bring him back to life. That man will say, 'Now I know your reality better than before.' Ad-Dajjal will say, 'I want to kill him but I cannot.' " [Sahih al-Bukhari 1882]

Hadith no.272

Hadith Regarding People Most loved by Prophet Muhammad PBUH

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:

The people most loved by me from amongst my Ummah would be those who would come after me but everyone amongst them would have the keenest desire to catch a glimpse of me even at the cost of his family and wealth. [Sahih Muslim 2832]

Hadith no.273

Sahih Hadith Regarding Supplication

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the :

Messenger of Allah PBUH said: "No one among you should say: "O Allah, forgive me if You will.' Let him be definite in his asking, and no one can compel Allah." [Sunan Ibn Majah 3854]

Current Political Situation of the Ummah

    The political situation of the Ummah especially our oppressed brothers in Palestine and Syria is worsening with each passing day. Israel continues its barbaric onslaught on innocent people of Gaza and now it plans to do the same in Syria. It has already occupied Golan Heights and now it is inciting sectarian violence in Syria using Druze minority against the Sunni majority of Syria. Just like Israel divided Palestine into Gaza and West Bank to control the Palestinian resistance in a better way now it intends to do the same in Syria. It intends to build a corridor named as 'David corridor' so that it can get a free passage from the Druze majority city of Suwayda to the north eastern Kurdish majority areas of Syria which are under the control of US backed SDF terror group. Muslim countries should not remain silent on this just like they have remained silent in case of Palestine. The Ummah has done a grave sin by not taking any concrete steps for the Palestinians but they should not do the same in case of Syria. Turkiye has vowed to intervene in Syria although it is too late because they should have done the same for the Palestinians as well. Muslims should not allow Syria to become an other Gaza.

     The situation in Palestine is also horrifying. The famine in Gaza has reached its last stage after which mass death is certain. Israel doesn't allow aid to reach Gaza and people in Gaza including infants and elderly are dying of malnutrition and starvation. The entire Muslim Ummah especially those countries which border Palestinian territories like Egypt and Jordan should be ashamed of themselves. What is the purpose of the Wealth of the Gulf states, the Military might of countries like Pakistan, Türkiye, Iran and Egypt etc, the resources that Allah has gifted all the Muslim countries with if they can't use there resources to help there Palestinian brothers. Muslims were silent when Palestinians were being slaughtered and now Israel's ambitions have extended to Syria. All of the Ummah should come to the streets against there governments to exert pressure on them to help our Palestinian brothers by taking concrete steps like giving aid, ending diplomatic ties with Israel and supplying Weapons to the Palestinian resistance movements like Hamas and Palestine Islamic Jihad while also putting diplomatic pressure on the United States and its allies to stop helping Israel. As per the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad PBUH all the Muslims are brother to one another regardless of there ethnicity but this is an unfortunate reality that our brothers are being oppressed in Palestine, Syria, East Turkistan, Kashmir, Africa and elsewhere but the Muslim leaders do not take any concrete steps to help them. All they do is just give empty slogans which does not help. In recent days there is a rising trend of people especially from Egypt throwing bottles filled with grains in the ocean hoping that they will reach Gaza. While I do appreciate this trend of showing solidarity towards the Palestinians but we need to do much more then this. All the Muslims need to rise up to pressure there governments because if we remain silent now then we will have to face the consequences not only in this life but in the life hereafter as well. Just think about it how will we face Allah at the day of Judgement when he asks us about our oppressed brothers? Do you think that Allah Almighty will not ask us and our Muslim leaders about our silence when our Muslim brothers around the world were being oppressed?

Iran-Israel Conflict

    This is my article about the current conflict between Iran and Israel. I will not write about the current situation because it will be constantly evolving as time passes. My main focus in this article will be to address the response the Ummah should give in this situation.

    Israel and all of its Western backers especially the US have always wanted to destabilize the Muslim countries and the Middle East. They have always wanted that no Muslim country should have nuclear weapons because if they do then it would be a great threat to the US and the Zionist gang that has occupied Palestine. This is the reason that the for the last Seven Decades West has helped its puppet regimes to come in to power in all Middle Eastern countries so that they don't pose any threat to the Zionist expansion i.e 'Greater Israel'. We have got countless examples of what has happened to those Arab regimes who don't bow down to the US or Israel. For example what happened to Gaddafi and Saddam? I am not saying that they were Angels. They were absolute tyrants and committed atrocities with there own people but they also did not bow down to the US and Israel and were removed brutally. They were a threat to the American interests in the  region. Similarly Israel and the US also did not wanted Pakistan to have nuclear weapons and they tried to put maximum pressure on Pakistan so it does not aquire nukes but all in vain and Pakistan became successful in acquiring nukes. Now Iran is also pursuing its goal to attain nuclear weapons and the US and Israel can't allow another Muslim country to have nuclear weapons so that is why Israel has attacked Iran. I am not saying that the Iranian regime hasn't been indulged in any wrongdoings. We all know that what Iran and its proxies did in Syria and Iraq and various other Middle Eastern countries. Infact it was involved to remove Saddam in Iraq along with the US. The point which I am trying to emphasize is that the US, Israel and there allies fear a Muslim country that has got a strong military or possess nuclear weapons because it is a serious threat to their evil interests. There is a long history of the CIA orchestrating regime change operations and military coups in Muslim countries against those regimes or leaders that were a threat to American, Western and Israeli interests in the region. They also fear those regimes or people coming in to power that would work for the implementation of Shariah in Muslim countries. If such people do come into power then they would do the same thing which they did with Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. The leader of the Terrorist, Zionist gang Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel's fight is not with the people of Iran but with the Iranian regime. This is the same thing that the US did while removing Saddam but before removing Saddam US and its allies murdered millions of Iraqi Civilians and after that Iraq was in shambles. These are the same lies that they propagated while removing Gaddafi while killing millions of innocent Libyans and making Libya a living hell. Similarly this is what Israel has done while while fighting Hamas in Palestine but in the guise of this  they have martyred thousands of Palestinians. In short these are just lies which they propagate but their main goal is to subdue the Muslim Ummah.

    This part of my article addresses those Muslims who are happy with the current Israeli attacks on Iran due to their sectarian and ideological differences with Iran. First I would start with this verse of the Holy Quran

And hold firmly together to the rope of Allah and do not be divided. Remember Allah’s favour upon you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts, so you—by His grace—became brothers. And you were at the brink of a fiery pit and He saved you from it. This is how Allah makes His revelations clear to you, so that you may be ˹rightly˺ guided. [Surah al-Imran Verse no 103]

This verse of the Holy Quran very clearly orders Muslims not to indulge in sectarianism and orders us to be united. There are also couple of Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH which very clearly state Muslims not to harbour any grudges against there Muslim brothers.

On the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of Allah SAW said:

The gates of Paradise will be opened on Mondays and on Thursdays, and every servant [of Allah] who associates nothing with Allah will be forgiven, except for the man who has a grudge against his brother. [About them] it will be said: Delay these two until they are reconciled; delay these two until they are reconciled. It was related by Muslim (also by Malik and Abu Dawud). [Hadith no.20 of 40 Hadith Qudsi by Imam Nawawi]

Anas bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) said:

The Prophet SAW said, "Do not harbour grudge against one another, nor jealousy, nor enmity; and do not show your backs to one another; and become as fellow brothers and slaves of Allah. It is not lawful for a Muslim to avoid speaking with his brother beyond three days." [Riyad us Saliheen 1567]

All these Hadith of Prophet Muhammad PBUH and the Verse from Surah al-Imran of the Holy Quran very clearly advise Muslims not to show there backs to there fellow Muslims whenever they are in a dire situation. They also advise us not to harbour grudges against each other.

    Rest of the Ummah should help Iran instead of being neutral or aiding Israel. The rest of the Ummah should not think of any sectarian or ideological differences with Iran rather it should focus to fight a bigger enemy which is Israel. The ideological and sectarian differences with Iran should not be placed above the rulings of Allah and his messenger. Those who are happy of the Israeli strikes in Iran due to sectarian differences should fear Allah and I must say that in this situation even Israel is better then them because whenever Israel kills innocent Muslims in Palestine, Syria, Iran, Yemen or anywhere else they never discriminate in killing the Shias or the Sunnis. It thinks of all the Muslims(Shias and Sunnis) as its enemies but there is a very small minority in the Sunni Muslims who are happy for Israeli strikes in Iran because Iran is Shia. The above-mentioned Hadith and the Verse from Holy Quran orders Muslims not to hold grudges against one another so why are you disobeying the orders of Allah and his messenger. They should understand that now is not the time to address these sectarian differences or to hold past grudges against Iran but to fight the biggest threat to the entire Ummah which is Israel. In the verse which I mentioned above Allah orders Muslims not to be divided and hold firmly to the rope of Allah which is the Quran. Those who are happy with Israeli strikes within Iran due to there sectarian/ideological differences with Iranian regime should read this verse and the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad PBUH and fear Allah. Those happy due to Israel's attack on Iran are the same people who used to accuse the Iranian regime of being Israeli agents that conspire against the Ummah. Even when Iran attacked Israel twice last year they used to argue that they are just mere fireworks and again reiterated there false accusations on the Iranian regime. These people should know that Iranians are the ones who are actually helping the Palestinian resistance like Hamas against Israel for which they should be applauded. Although they still could have done a lot more but still they have done much better then rest of the Ummah. While I also know that Iran has also committed various atrocities along with its proxies in Syria, Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq. When Iran should be appreciated for the good things that it has done it should also be held accountable for its misdoings but as I said before and I would say it again that now is not the time for this because now the Ummah and especially the Middle East is under a bigger threat which is Israel. We should resolve our internal conflicts and differences later when the Ummah gets out of the current situation. The entire Muslim Ummah should not behave immaturely and also discourage all those who are showing such an immature and childish behavior. I appeal the entire Muslim Ummah to stand with Iran in this situation because if the Iranian regime falls and Iran falters then the West would not stop here but would spread this chaos into other Muslims countries to destabilize and subdue them. Israel did not stop after attacking Hamas in Palestine but also attacked neighbouring Muslim countries like Syria, Lebanon and Yemen so do you really think they would just stop after attacking or subduing Iran?

What role should Turkiye, Pakistan and Syria play?

   This part of my blog mainly addresses the role  Turkiye, Pakistan and Syria can play in the Iran-Israel Conflict. I would start with the following verses from the Holy Quran.

The believers are but one brotherhood, so make peace between your brothers. And be mindful of Allah so you may be shown mercy. [Surah al-Hujarat verse no.10]

In another verse Allah says;

The believers, both men and women, are guardians(allies) of one another. They encourage good and forbid evil, establish prayer and pay alms-tax, and obey Allah and His Messenger. It is they who will be shown Allah’s mercy. Surely Allah is Almighty, All-Wise. [Surah at-Tawbah verse no.71]

There are also some Hadith of Prophet Muhammad regarding helping other Muslims when they are being oppressed.

Narrated Anas:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one. People asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! It is all right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an oppressor?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "By preventing him from oppressing others."

    The reason why I am addressing Pakistan, Turkiye and Syria is because in the past Iran has been involved in hostile policies in one form or another against all these three nations. What Iran did was wrong and it should be questioned for what they have done but the point which I have emphasized through out this article and I will emphasize on it once again that now the Ummah is in a much bigger crisis so at the moment instead of questioning Iran's past misdoings all these three nations should stand with Iran. All of us are Muslims and Allah has ordered us to make peace with other Muslim brothers. Allah also says we are allies to one another. Similarly Prophet Muhammad SAW has also ordered us to help our brothers when they are being oppressed. There were some media reports which suggest that when Iran fired drones at Israel some of them were intercepted over Syrian airspace. What were Syrian authorities and there Turkish backers doing when Israel was using Syrian airspace to defend itself? If these media reports are true then Syrian and Turkiye should fear Allah and follow the commandments of Allah and his messenger and help Iran no matter how much differences you have with Iran. They should not place their ego and their differences with Iran above the rulings of Allah and his messenger.

      After Iran it is very likely that the US and Israel will pursue to destabilize Turkiye or Pakistan because as I have said before that there goal is to destabilize any Muslim country that is militarily strong or possess nuclear weapons. Turkiye, Pakistan and Iran are the most powerful armies in the Muslim world. We all know what Pakistan did to India in their recent conflict and they also possess nuclear weapons so they will also be on the radar if they do not bow to the US. The same goes for Turkiye which is also a threat to Israel after Turkish backed Ahmad al-Sharaa was able to gain power in Syria. The hostility between Israel and Turkiye has grown further. If all these Muslim countries i.e Iran, Turkiye and Pakistan falter then there is no Muslim nation left that can pose any significant threat to the West or Israel. Turkiye played a very positive role and helped Pakistan in there fight against India for which they should be appreciated. Now they must do the same and help Iran against Israel. Both Turkiye and Pakistan should supply weapons to Iran. Turkish drones are very good so it should supply these drones to Iran. Similarly both Turkiye and Pakistan should share intelligence with Iran as well. Syria at the moment is not strong enough to fight Israel but at least they should not allow there airspace to be used by Israel. They should remember that Israel has also been causing insurgency to destabilize Syria as well and has been frequently bombing Damascus as well so after Iran they could also be a target to Israeli terrorism. US, France and many Western nations have vowed to support Israel militarily against Iran. If Pakistan, Turkiye and Syria are silent or do not take any concrete steps to help Iran like how US and many Western countries are helping Israel then this chaos will definitely spread to Pakistan and Turkiye as well along with destabilizing Syria as well. As Israel has targeted Palestine, Yemen, Syria and Iraq so after getting rid of Iran they would target Turkiye and Pakistan. If Iran, Turkiye and Pakistan are weakend or removed then is no one left in the Ummah that can challenge West and its colonial outpost which is Israel.

   This part of my article is about those Muslim nations which are already enslaved by the US. I would start with the following verse from the Holy Quran;

"Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers. And whoever [of you] does that has nothing with Allah , except when taking precaution against them in prudence. And Allah warns you of Himself, and to Allah is the [final] destination." [Surah al-Imran verse no.28]

This verse very clearly forbids Muslims to form alliances with those who are enemies of Allah. Some media reports say that when Israel fired drones and missiles at Israel then Jordanian government allowed Israel to use its airspace but when Iran fired missiles at Israel in retaliation Jordan not only closed its airspace but also shoot down some missiles so that they don't reach Israel. By doing so they proved there treachery to the Ummah and loyalty to the US and Israel. The people or Jordan are brave and they are not slaves of the West like the Jordanian government. The brave people of Jordan must pressure there government to not do such treachery with the Ummah and hold their government accountable. The same could be said for Egypt although it is not involved in Israel-Iran conflict but it has betrayed the Palestinians. The brave people of Egypt should also hold their treacherous government accountable for this treachery.

Conclusion

   The rest of the Ummah should not be silent like it has been silent during Israeli aggression in Palestine, Syria, Yemen and elsewhere. Muslim governments should not behave as Vassal states of the West. The entire Muslim Ummah should protest to pressure there governments to take concrete steps to help Iran. All Muslim nations should help Iran militarily or at least help them in supplying Weapons, Intelligence and funding. The Muslim governments should also help Iran diplomatically as well so that they don't squeeze under US pressure. If Israel is not stopped now and the Iranian regime collapses then there is no stopping US or Israel and there goal to subdue the Ummah. The collapse of the Iranian regime will definitely have spill over effects in the entire region. Iran will be under a lot of pressure to give up its ambitions for nuclear technology. It is Iran's right to have nuclear technology just like every other country to become self-sufficient in energy sector.All the Muslim Ummah should side with Iran and support it in this ambition. The entire Ummah should pray for Iran so that it remains steadfast against Israel and should not allow Iran to collapse. Otherwise it could become another Libya or Iraq.

Meaning of the word 'Al-Ard' and 'As-Samawat'

      In this article, I will talk about the meanings of 'Al-Ard' and 'As-Samawat' mentioned in the Quran.

Meaning of the word 'Al-Ard'

                              The meaning of the word 'Al-Ard' in Arabic is "a place where it is easy to walk on, work on or cultivate on." It can also mean "a Solid body." Whenever there is mention of the word 'Al-Ard' in the Quran. It doesn't just mean our planet Earth but it can also include all the planets in our solar systems or other parts of the universe.

Visit Dar-us-Salam.com for all your Islamic shopping needs!

Meaning of the Word 'As-Samawat'

                             As-Samawat is the plural of the word 'As-Sama'. 'As-Samawat' means Heavens. 'As-Sama' means Heaven. Allah has said in various verses of the Holy Quran that Allah has created 7 Heavens. In some Arabic dictionaries, 'As-Sama' has also been used for rooftop or ceiling, but in most of the verses of the Holy Quran, it has been used to describe Heavens.

      Arabic is a very diverse language. A single Arabic word can have different meanings all depending on the context or situation in which they are being used. The reason that I have written this article is to explain the meaning of the words that I have mentioned above because, in my next few articles, I will write on those verses of the Holy Quran in which the word 'Al-Ard' can be used not only to describe our planet Earth but also other planets in the vast universe. Similarly the word 'As-Samawat' has been used to describe Heavens in those verses.

He sleeps (being disappointed in its recovery) and then gets up and goes in search of that until he is stricken with thirst. Then comes back to the place where he had been before and goes to sleep, completely exhausted, placing his head upon his hands, waiting for death. And when he gets up, a lot there is before him his riding beast and his provisions of food and drink. What should Muslims do for Palestine?

       In this blog, I have written about the current situation in Palestine and Lebanon and the response of the Muslim Ummah. I have also written about what the Ummah can do to help the Palestinians.

      Last week on the 7th of October one year has passed since the barbaric assault of Israel on Palestinians.  According to various media outlets more than 42,000 Palestinians have been martyred and about 97,000 have been displaced since the 7th of October 2023. In response to Hamas-led attacks in which about 1200 Israelis were killed. From time and again Israel has also targeted the West Bank and has martyred more than 500 people and injured about 6200 people since the beginning of this conflict.

    According to the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research, 60 per cent of the people in Gaza have lost their family members. This barbaric assault has also resulted in the killing of over 120 journalists as well according to the Committee to Protect Journalists. According to TRT World, the UN has accused Israel of destroying the entire health system of Gaza. This terrorism of Israel is not only limited to killing innocent Palestinians but now Israel has also started to target Lebanon in the guise of eliminating Hezbollah. From time and again Israel has been bombing Lebanon. Israel started its ground invasion in Lebanon on 1 October and has also been bombing Lebanon continuously resulting in the killing of more than 2100 most of which have been killed during the start of its ground invasion in Lebanon. It has also resulted in the displacement of more than 1.2 million Lebanese civilians. Israel also opened fire on UN peacekeepers injuring two of them. From time and again Israel has also conducted airstrikes in Syria in the guise of eliminating Iran-backed militias which has resulted in the martyring and injuring of many Syrian civilians as well.

   A couple of days ago Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich would eventually extend beyond the Jordan River including parts of Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. He also said that Israel would extend to this 'little by little'. He also said that Palestinians are an innovation and all this was reported by Middle East Eye, TRT World, Aljazeera and many other media outlets. This is an image of a badge on an Israeli soldier's uniform showing 'Greater Israel' which expands, from Palestine to Egypt, Jordan to Lebanon, Syria and from Iraq to Saudi Arabia.

Silence and Lip service of Muslim Ummah over the Palestinian issue

    Now my Question to the Muslim Ummah is will you remain silent? How long will you sleep and when will you wake up? This is an open threat by a man who is an important figure in the Israeli government as he is the finance minister. He is threatening to conquer other Muslim nations and surely such a big statement could not be issued without the permission of their government. They are planning to push for their so-called 'promised land' and this can be seen from the fact that Israel time and again has violated the sovereignty of Lebanon and Syria by bombing them in the guise of eradicating Hezbollah and other such groups. They are conducting a ground invasion of Lebanon and their real target is to colonize all these lands and do the same to them what they have done to Palestine. Netanyahu is threatening to make Lebanon another Gaza and there is no one in the Muslim Ummah to give him a shut-up call except for Iran which is the only country to fire missiles at Israel. Unfortunately, the rest of Ummah is still asleep. If you think that Israel is only doing this to Palestine then you are wrong because after finishing their Genocide in Palestine they will do the same thing to Lebanon, Jordan and the rest of the countries. Would you still be silent? Jerusalem is under their control and they continuously harass Muslims and Christians living there. At times they also stop Muslims from Praying at Masjid al Aqsa. Jerusalem which is one of the holiest sites in Islam is under their control and the Muslim Ummah has done nothing to Liberate it. What would you do when their territorial ambitions grow further and they think of capturing Makkah and Madinah? Would you be happy if Makkah and Madinah were under Israeli control or under threat of going under Israeli occupation? If we as a Ummah can not defend our Palestinian brothers and can not liberate Palestine then what makes us think that we will be able to stop Israel from advancing and harassing other neighbouring Muslim countries? It's our selfishness that has empowered Israel to bomb Lebanon and Syria because they know that the Muslims did nothing to help the Palestinians so they will not do anything to help the Lebanese and Syrians. In the guise of its 'protection' Israel is targeting the innocent civilians of Gaza, Lebanon and sometimes Syrians. Their real target is not to do their own 'protection' or elimination of Hezbollah or Hamas etc but their real target is to conquer other neighbouring Muslim nations as well in its goal of establishing 'Greater Israel'. The statement issued by Smotrich serves as clear proof of what Israel's real objective is and if we as Ummah don't act in the way we should then Israel will become more and more confident in achieving this goal. After finishing their brutal assault in Palestine and Lebanon they will kill innocent civilians in Syria after that they will repeat this episode in Iraq and at last they will move to conquer Saudi Arabia. Those who think that Israel will stop in Palestine or Lebanon after eliminating Hamas or Hezbollah are making a grave misjudgment because the flames of this war will eventually spread to other Muslim nations as well if do not act the way we should.

 According to the Hadith mentioned below;

Hadith no.158

"Numan bin Bashir reported that Muslims are like one body of a person; if the eye is sore, the whole body aches, and if the headaches, the whole body aches." [Sahih Muslim 2586d]

According to the above-mentioned Hadith, all of the Ummah is like the body of a person and if there is pain in one part of the body then the whole body bears the brunt of that pain. At the moment Palestinians and the Lebanese are under severe pain but why is the rest of Ummah not doing enough to stop Israel? I am not saying we have done nothing but I am arguing that have we done enough to help them. Issuing statements or protesting is the least we can do. This is what Europeans and many people and governments in the West are doing against the Israeli genocide but they do not have that bond with the Palestinians that we have with them and that bond is the bond of brotherhood. This is what is mentioned by Prophet Muhammad SAW in Sahih Bukhari 2442  that every Muslim is a brother to another Muslim.  In the same hadith, Prophet Muhammad SAW has forbidden us to hand our brothers to an oppressor. It makes Palestinians our brothers so my Question to the Muslim Ummah is why have you handed your brother to an oppressor i.e. Israel and why have you disobeyed what has been mentioned in Sahih al-Bukhari 2442? This is what Allah has said in the Quran;

The believers are but one brotherhood, so make peace between your brothers. And be mindful of Allah so you may be shown mercy. [Surah al-Hujarat verse no.10]

In another verse Allah says;

Verse no.71 of Surah at-Tawbah says that Muslims are allies to one another but what kind of allies are we that Palestinians are undergoing such a brutal genocide and we are not doing anything sufficient enough to end their sufferings? As I mentioned earlier 60 percent of the People in Gaza have lost one or their entire family members. We as Muslims should put ourselves in the place of the Palestinians and imagine for a moment the same tragedy and atrocities they are bearing not since the last year but since 1945 when Israel was formed. What if your brothers, sisters, parents, children and other members of the family are brutally killed in the same way Palestinians are being killed ask yourself this question what would you do in this situation? Unfortunately, the Ummah has not done enough for the Palestinians and has abandoned them. In Sahih al-Bukhari 2445 Prophet Muhammad SAW has ordered us to do seven things and one of those things is to help the oppressed. As Muslims, we must act upon what Allah and Prophet Muhammad SAW has ordered us. We as Muslims should put pressure on our governments, leaders, politicians and all religious scholars to help the Palestinians in the same way the United States and many of its allies in the West are helping Israel. We should unite and help our Palestinian brothers in the best possible manner. Its not just there problem but our problems as and I quote the above Hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW while saying this. We should help Hamas in liberating Palestine the same way the US is arming Israel. Hamas is not a terrorist organization but it is working to Liberate Palestine from Israel this is the view of Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan and many other Muslim leaders but instead of only issuing statements in favour of Palestine or Hamas they should supply them weapons. This is what we should do for our brothers suffering this brutal genocide. My question to the Muslim Ummah is what would you do when the same atrocities are conducted with you as I mentioned above this will happen if we don't act as Israel's territorial ambitions will extend further.

Israel a new reality? Can deal of the century be compared with the treaty of Hudaibiyah?

      There are some Muslims who argue that Muslims should accept Israel as a reality and move on. While doing so they say that Prophet Muhammad SAW also signed the Treaty of Hudaibiyah with the pegans of Makkah. Those who say this should read that treaty. That treaty recognized the Muslim power in Arabia and it was requested by pegans of Makkah because they feared that Muslims were coming to conquer Makkah but in reality, Muslims were only coming to perform Umrah with sacrificial animals and without weapons. It was a ten-year peace treaty which ensured that the Muslims would not conquer Makkah for 10 years. It was broken by a tribe which was allied with the pegans of Makkah when they attacked a tribe allied with Muslims. As a result, Prophet Muhammad SAW and his companions entered Makkah and it was liberated peacefully. The point I am trying to make here is that the background of the reconciliation treaty of Hudaibiyah was completely different from that agreement which accepts Palestine being divided between Israel and Palestinians. Before the treaty of Hudaibiyah, the Pegans of Makkah did not capture a part of Madinah and then it was decided that Madinah would be divided between Muslims and Pegans of Makkah but rather it was requested by Pegans of Makkah to secure Makkah from being conquered by the Muslims. It also asserted the rights of Muslims over the Holy Kaaba and due to that treaty, Muslim power was also recognised by the Pagans of Makkah. It did not allow Muslims to perform Umrah that year but they were allowed to perform Umrah the next year. On one important point before the treaty was that Prophet Muhammad SAW sent Uthman ibn Affan(May Allah be pleased with him) to negotiate with the Makkans but a false rumour was spread that he was martyred by the Quraish of Makkah. On that Prophet Muhammad SAW pledged allegiance under the tree with his companions to avenge Uthman and fight the Makkans. On knowing that the Makkans sent their missionaries to negotiate or request a peace deal to stop Muslims from doing that and as a result, the Treaty of Al-Hudaibiyah was signed. In no way can that treaty be compared with the 'deal of the century' which sought to recognise Israel. What about all the people that have been martyred by Israel during the last seven decades? Will their blood go in vain?

Was the War against Israel a bad decision made by Hamas?

 Then some people argue that it was a bad decision made by Hamas to go to war with Israel. They didn't make any bad decisions the only bad decision they made was that they thought the rest of the Muslim Ummah would help them in the same manner the West would help Israel. They didn't know that we as Ummah have  abandoned them and the Palestinian cause. For those who say that Hamas or Palestinians are losing then they should read these verses of the Holy Quran;

Those believers who stay at home except those with valid excuses are not equal to those who strive in the cause of Allah(Jihad) with their wealth and their lives. Allah has elevated in rank those who strive with their wealth and their lives above those who stay behind ˹with valid excuses˺. Allah has promised each a fine reward, but those who strive will receive a far better reward than others. [Surah an-Nisa verse no.95]

In Surah As-Saf Allah says;

O believers! Shall I guide you to an exchange that will save you from a painful punishment? [Surah As-Saf verse no.10]

˹It is to˺ have faith in Allah and His Messenger, and strive in the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives(Jihad). That is best for you, if only you knew. [Surah As-Saf Verse no.11]

He will forgive your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and ˹house you in˺ splendid homes in the Gardens of Eternity. That is the ultimate triumph(success). [Surah As-Saf verse no.12]

In Surah al-Imran Allah says;

As for those who responded to the call of Allah and His Messenger after their injury, those of them who did good and were mindful ˹of Allah˺ will have a great reward. [Surah al-Imran Verse no.172]

Those who were warned, “Your enemies have mobilized their forces against you, so fear them,” the warning only made them grow stronger in faith and they replied, “Allah ˹alone˺ is sufficient ˹as an aid˺ for us and ˹He˺ is the best Protector.” [Surah al-Imran Verse no.173]

So they returned with Allah’s favours and grace, suffering no harm. For they sought to please Allah. And surely Allah is ˹the˺ Lord of infinite bounty. [Surah al-Imran Verse no.174]

For those who are being martyred while fighting Israel are actually the ones dying the best death;

And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allāh as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision, [Surah al-Imran Verse no.169]

Rejoicing in what Allāh has bestowed upon them of His bounty, and they receive good tidings about those [to be martyred] after them who have not yet joined them - that there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve. [Surah al-Imran Verse no.170]

Allah says in Surah al-Baqarah that;

Surely those who have believed, emigrated, and struggled in the Way of Allah(Jihad) they can hope for Allah’s mercy. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. [Surah al-Baqarah verse no.218]

In Surah al-Hujarat Allah says;

The ˹true˺ believers are only those who believe in Allah and His Messenger never doubting and striving with their wealth and their lives(Jihad) for the cause of Allah. They are the ones true in faith. [Surah al-Hujarat verse no.15]

In another Verse Allah says in the Quran;

Those who have believed, emigrated, and strived in the cause of Allah with their wealth and their lives(Jihad) are greater in rank in the sight of Allah. It is they who will triumph(succeed). [Surah At-Tawbah verse no.20]

These above-mentioned verses of the Holy Quran serve as proof that the Palestinians and the Lebanese are succeeding while unfortunately the rest of the Muslim Ummah is not as they are the fighting with there lives and there wealth against Israeli terrorism. Ismael Haniyah and Yahya Sinwar  have succeeded. Hezbollah are succeeding(in case of Palestinian cause) while the rest of the 'leaders' of the Ummah are failing because they don't have the courage to risk there lives while fighting this brutality.

Are Muslims too weak to confront Israel and its allies?

     Then some people say that the Muslims at the moment are weak. They argue that first we should catch up with the West and then afterwards they should help the Palestinians and other Muslims around the world like in Kashmir, Xinjiang(Uyghur Muslims), Libya etc. They say that the Muslim Ummah at the moment is too weak and powerless to stand up against the West. Yes, I agree that there are Muslim countries that are too weak and poor but there are also some Muslim nations that have got the Economic and Military might to go against the West and help their Muslim brothers. We are way more powerful at the moment than we were at the time of the Battle of Badr. At that time as well some Companions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW were poor like Abu Huraira(May Allah be pleased with him) while some were very rich like Uthman bin Affan but did that stop the Muslims from fighting the Battle of Badr and winning it? No, it didn't the only two things we are missing at the moment are Unity and Faith on Allah. We at the moment are much more powerful in terms of military, economy and manpower than we were at the time of the death of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Although we were weak as compared to now but that didn't stop us from defeating and conquering two superpowers at the time i.e. the Romans and Persians. In terms of defence Turkiye, Iran and Pakistan etc have got quite formidable armies. They can use there armies in UN peacekeeping missions but not for there Palestnian brothers? One of these 3 countries which I don't want to mention can send its army to Libya, Syria and Iraq for eliminating terrorist but they can't send there army to Liberate Palestine. I appreciate them for this but why can't they do the same for Palestinians. If all of the 57 countries of OIC unite then our millitary strength can increase manifold and no one would dare to kill innocent Muslims. We would become invincible. In terms of Finance then the countries in the Gulf like Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Oman etc are probably one of the richest countries in the world and they have also got large oil reserves. They can use all there money to build massive skyscrapers, buy expensive cars, invest in multinational companies, buying expensive properties in Europe and the United States of America but can not spend this money for the liberation of Palestine. They can't put an oil embargo on the West to put pressure on them to stop aiding Israel. If you can't send your armies then you can at least use your financial power to help them with weapons.

Allah says in the Quran;

Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “If your parents and children and siblings and spouses and extended family and the wealth you have acquired and the trade you fear will decline and the homes you cherish—˹if all these˺ are more beloved to you than Allah and His Messenger and struggling in His Way, then wait until Allah brings about His Will. Allah does not guide the rebellious(immoral) people.” [Surah at-Tawbah verse no.24]

In another verse of Surah at-Tawbah Allah says;

˹O believers!˺ March forth(do Jihad) whether it is easy or difficult for you, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if only you knew. [Surah at-Tawbah verse no.41]

I wrote an article a year ago in which I gave couple of solutions that we can use to help the Palestinians and this is its link Role Muslims Should Play in Resolving the conflict in Palestine.

Relativistic time mentioned in the Quran

    In this blog, I have written about the verse of the Holy Quran in which Allah Almighty talks about the relativity of time.

Translation of verse 5 of Surah As-Sajdah

He conducts(governs) everything from the heavens to the earth, and then everything ascends to him on a day whose length by your reckoning is a thousand years.

Explanation

            The above-mentioned verse of the Holy Quran talks about a very famous concept in physics, which is the relativity of time, also known as time dilation. Late 19th and early 20th century scientists such as Lorentz, Emil Kuhn, Hermann Minkowski, Albert Einstein and many others theorized this concept, but Einstein made the greatest contribution. Time dilation deals with the fact that time is not absolute but relative. In general, time dilation is defined as how fast or how slow time will pass depending on the reference frame (accelerating/moving or non-accelerating/at rest or speeds much slower than the speed of light). Time is also affected by the pull of gravity on an object. This means that time will pass more slowly for someone moving at or near the speed of light than for someone moving at normal speed or not moving at all. For example, after spending 6 months on the International Space Station (ISS), orbiting the Earth at a speed of about 7,700 m/s, an astronaut's lifespan would be about 0.005 seconds less than that on Earth. This also means that time is also affected by gravity. The greater the gravity, the slower the time. For example, if someone is on the moon, their clock ticks faster because time passes faster for them than for someone on Earth. This is because the Earth's gravity is stronger than the Moon's gravity. In addition to this time could also slow. Down near massive objects such as supermassive blackhole etc. The reason for this is because masaive or heavy object have more gravitational pull which can slow down time.

     Now, if we move back to the verse, in the first part of the verse, there is a mention of Allah conducting every matter from heavens to Earth. These matters refer to the commands of Allah who govern this and all the heavens. Without His command, not even a particle of dust or a leaf can move by itself. It is his command which governs each and everything which is happening around us. With his command, we breathe and live our lives. It is his command with which we come into this world, and with his command, one day we will die as well. This is the glory of Allah. Then in the next part of the verse, it is mentioned that 'all this ascends to him on a day whose length is a thousand years of our reckoning.' The last part of this verse falls under the category of Relativistic time or Time dilation. A thousand years, by our reckoning,, could mean that a thousand years in our frame of reference is equal to one day in Allah's frame of reference. Time could be slower in Allah's frame of reference due to various factors that slow time, which I have mentioned above, such as gravity, mass and size of the throne and Qursi of Allah, and there could be some other factors involved in this as well, and Allah knows best. This verse is one of the many verses of the Holy Qur'an which describe scientific facts so accurately that 1400 years ago when people of that time could not even imagine such a thing. This is clear proof that the Holy Quran is the book of Allah and it has been sent to guide us. One thing to note is that this verse and all other scientific verses of the Quran do not make the Quran a book of science. This is a book of 'signs'. The mention of such signs or such verses is only so that we can ponder upon the greatness and wisdom of Allah Almighty.

      One thing to keep in mind is that there can be various others explanations of this verse and only Allah Almighty knows what is the correct explanation.

Views of Al-Kindi on Relativistic Time

     Al-Kindi (801-873AD) was a famous Muslim scientist who lived during the Islamic Golden Age. He was one of the most esteemed scholars of his time. He worked extensively in fields like medicine, astronomy, physics, mathematics, optics, etc. He was also a pioneer of cryptography and scientific methodology. Al-Kandi is said to have proposed an unproven theory of relativity 1,100 years before Einstein.

     Al-Kindi argued in his book al-Falsafa al-Aula that a person sees an object whose size is small or large according to the vertical movement between the earth and the sky. If a person moves towards the sky, he will see the trees getting smaller and if he moves towards the earth, he will see the trees getting bigger. According to al-Kindi, objects, time, motion and space are not only relative to each other but also to other objects and observers who observe them. He viewed it as an essence of the law of existence.

Earth being 'Spread out' mentioned in the Quran

     In this blog, I have written about Earth being 'Spread out' mentioned in the Quran.

Translation of Verse 19 of Surah Nuh

And Allah has made the earth(land) for you as a carpet (spread out).

Explanation:

                     In the verse 19 of Surah Nuh Allah says that the earth or land is spread out or it is like a carpet. Many people cite this verse when they argue that the Quran says that the Earth is flat. In this verse, it does not say that the Earth is flat but it says that it is spread out which is true. If you go on top of a high-rise building you will observe that the landscape around you is levelled like a carpet or spread out.

The reason Allah has made the land spread out is so that we can walk on it and perform several other tasks like growing crops, building out houses etc. Flatness and being spread out have 2 different meanings. This was also the view of a very renowned 14th century scholar Ibn Kathir.

Translation of Verse 44 of Surah An-Nur

"Allah alternates the day and night. Surely in this is a lesson for people of insight."

Explanation:

                      I wrote about the shape of the earth mentioned in the Quran in my previous blog. If you want to read it then click on this link Shape of the Earth mentioned in the Quran. In the previous verse I said that the land on which we live has been spread so that we can perform our daily life activities. In the verse 44 of Surah An-nur Allah says that he alternates the day and night. This could only be possible if the Earth is spherical. In the verse which I explained in my blog Description of the Rotation of the Earth and the mention of the Orbit of the Moon and Sun in the Quran it is written that "he wraps(folds) the day around night and night around day." The word وَيُكَوِّرُ 'Wayukawir' used in verse 5 of Surah Az-Zumr means to wrap or fold around as if you fold or wrap a turban around your head. This is what we observe after sunset the night wraps around the day and the same occurs early in the morning before sunset. At the end of verse 44 of Surah An-Nur, it is written that it is a lesson for people of insight like Physicists, Astronomers and other scientists. The lesson is to ponder upon the wisdom and greatness of Allah who mentioned these scientific facts with such great precision 1400 years ago when the technology at that time was not sufficient to research these facts. These verses and many other verses are clear prooves that the Quran is the word of Allah. Although it contains many scientific facts with great accuracy but the Quran is not a book of science it is the book of guidance. These scientific facts are mentioned only so that we can ponder upon the greatness of Allah Almighty.

    One thing to keep in mind is that there can be various others explanations of these verses and only Allah Almighty knows what is the correct explanation.

6 Sahih Hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW regarding perfroming Hajj. How Muslims can use Hajj as an opportunity to solve there problems?

  In this blog, I have written 6 Sahih Hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW regarding performing Hajj, and I have also written how Muslims can use Hajj as an opportunity to solve their problems.

Hadith no.1

"Do not put on a shirt or a turban, or trousers or a cap, or leather stockings except one who does not find shoes; he may put on stockings but he should trim them below the ankles. And do not wear clothes to which saffron or wars is applied. [Sahih Muslim 1177]"

Hadith no.2

The Prophet SAW was asked, "Which is the best deed?" He said, "To believe in Allah and His Apostle." He was then asked, "Which is the next (in goodness)?" He said, "To participate in Jihad in Allah's Cause." He was then asked, "Which is the next?" He said, "To perform Hajj-Mabrur. " [Sahih Bukari 1519]

Hadith no.3

Ai’shah (May Allah be pleased with her) wife the Prophet Muhammad SAW narrated we went out with the Messenger of Allah SAW at the farewell pilgrimage Some of us had put on Ihram for `Umrah and some both for Hajj and `Umrah, when the Messenger of Allah SAW had put on Ihram for Hajj only.He who had put on Ihram for 'Umrah, put off Ihram after performing `Umrah and he who had worn Ihram both for Hajj and `Umrah or only for Hajj did not take it off till the 10th (of the month). [Sunan Abi Dawud 1779]

Hadith no.4

“Whoever performs Hajj to this House and does not have sexual relations nor commit any disobedience will go back like the day his mother bore him.” [Ibn Majah 2889]

Hadith no.5

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'From one 'Umrah to another is an expiation (reparation) for what comes in between, and Hajj al-Mabrur brings no reward less than Paradise." [Sunan Nasai 2630]

Hadith no.6

"The Prophet would stone on the Day of An-Nahr during the morning light, as for (the days) afterwards, then (he would do it) after the Zenith of the sun."[Al-Tirmidhi 894]

How can Muslims use Hajj as an opportunity to solve their problems?

                            Congratulations to all those Muslim brothers and sisters performing Hajj this year. May Allah accept your Hajj. In your prayers, don't forget the suffering of your Muslim brothers and sisters, especially the Palestinians. You are among those people who were granted a chance by Allah to visit his house. If we think of Hajj, then it has great significance beyond just performing certain rituals. It is a gathering of over 20 million pilgrims from different backgrounds, ethnicities, and different parts of the world. This should be taken as an opportunity to strengthen the brotherhood among Muslims. We as Muslims should use this opportunity to mobilize ourselves and solve the problems faced by the Muslim Ummah. This should be used as an opportunity to exchange ideas to resolve the challenges faced by the Ummah. We should seek help only from Allah Almighty. We should mobilize ourselves and our fellow Muslim brothers and sisters against any problem at hand faced by the Muslim world. Each pilgrim should take this opportunity to contribute to solving major challenges faced by Muslim Ummah. They should exchange ideas among themselves for the possible solutions to problems the Ummah is facing at the moment. Hajj is one of the most important pillars of Islam but resolving the problems faced by your Muslim brothers and sisters is also important. As all Muslims are brothers regardless of there ethnicities so they should exchange there personal details like phone numbers or Facebook ID etc. to keep in contact with one another so that we can help our brothers as much as we can. They can share there thoughts or views on the constantly evolving situation of the world and its impact on the Muslim Ummah. If this happens we would get closer to one another and our brotherly bond would be a force that no one would dare to recon with. We can use this power to create strong narrative on social media just like West does and we could compete against there false narrative in a much better way.

     For example, today, one of the biggest problem faced by the Ummah is the Palestinian issue. Just think what this gathering of over 2 million pilgrims can do for the Palestinian cause. They can raise  awareness among themselves on this issue, and they can also exchange ideas and ways to urge the leaders of the Muslim Ummah to take some concrete steps for the Palestinians rather than just making statements. When these pilgrims go back to their respective countries, they can create awareness among their people. They can make the governments of their respective countries realize that issuing statements against Israel won't help Palestinians as much. Just see how much West is supporting Israel, and if we compare the support of Muslim countries for Palestinians, then our support is not even 10 percent of their support for Israel. Just think how much impact it will have not only on the Muslim world but on the rest of the world, too. It would help us to solve not only the Palestinian issue but all major challenges faced by Ummah such as poverty, sectarian violence, lack of education, islamophobia etc. It will give a message to the enemies of Islam that despite some differences, we Muslims are still united against all odds as one strong nation united by the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Moon doesn't have its own Light

 In this blog, I have written about the verse of the Quran in which Allah has told us that the Moon doesn't have its own light but it just reflects the light of the Sun.

Surah Al-Furqan Verse 61

"Blessed is the One Who has placed constellations in the sky, as well as a ˹radiant˺ lamp (Sun) and a luminous moon."

Explanation

                     In this verse of the Quran, Allah has clearly mentioned that it is the Sun which has its own light, whereas the Moon reflects the Light of the Sun or is illuminated by the light of the Sun. We discovered this fact just recently while it was mentioned in the Quran 1400 years ago at a time when science didn't have the expertise to discover these facts, so there is no way that people at that time could ever know this. The only possibility is that the creator of this universe told them in the Quran and that creator is Allah SWT. It also proves the Quran is the word of Allah sent to us for our guidance.

Real Significance of Ramadan which Muslims as Ummah should focus on

   In this article, I have written about the real significance of Ramadan, which Muslims as Ummah should focus on. As you all know this is the Holy month of Ramadan. The month in which the Quran was sent down from heaven for the guidance of mankind to the right path.

"Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed as a guide for humanity with clear proofs of guidance and the decisive authority. So whoever is present this month, let them fast. But whoever is ill or on a journey, then ˹let them fast˺ an equal number of days ˹after Ramaḍân˺. Allah intends ease for you, not hardship, so that you may complete the prescribed period and proclaim the greatness of Allah for guiding you, and perhaps you will be grateful." [Surah Al Baqarah Verse no.185]

    In this month Muslims observe fasting and spend additional time worshipping Allah Almighty. Adult and Healthy Muslims observe fasting in which they don't eat or drink from dawn to sunset. Fasting is one of the Five pillars of Islam. Muslims do all this to get closer to Allah Almighty and to strengthen themselves spiritually. It increases their Taqwa, which is the soul's immune system against spiritual diseases. It also teaches Muslims discipline and tells them how to endure hunger in case they have nothing to eat or drink. It also tells them about the suffering those people have to undergo who are poor and don't have much to eat. Muslims also repent from all the bad deeds they have done throughout their lives.

    The reason why I am writing this blog is to highlight a key significance of Ramadan, which we Muslims tend to forget is that we, as Ummah and as Muslims, are not holding ourselves accountable for the sufferings the Ummah is facing right now. We all know that the Ummah as a whole is in a very bad situation. In particular the regions like Palestine, Kashmir, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya etc. Have we ever asked ourselves the question, why is the Ummah suffering so much? Why is there so much misery in many Muslim-majority regions of the world? Why is there so much violence, widespread poverty, and chaos in many Muslim-majority regions of the world? Why we, as Muslim ummah are, so weak even though there are about 57 Muslim-majority states in the world?

   We, as Ummah, need to ask ourselves all these questions. We need to get answers to these questions. We need to ask ourselves these questions despite the fact there are about 1.8 Billion Muslims in the world and despite the fact that we have the best resources (Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH) available for our guidance and for our success in this life and in the life hereafter but still Muslims are weak and are in a very miserable situation. We need to know that the reason we, as a Ummah, are suffering is due to our own deeds.

"Corruption has spread on land and sea as a result of what people’s hands have done so that Allah may cause them to taste the consequences of˺ some of their deeds and perhaps they might return to the Right Path." [Surah al-Rum Verse no.41]

  We need to know that this world is a test for us, but unfortunately, we, as individual Muslims and as ammah, are failing this test.

"We will certainly test you with a touch of fear and famine and loss of property, life, and crops. Give good news to those who patiently endure." [Surah al-Baqarah Verse no.155]

“The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. When Allah loves a people He tests them. Whoever accepts that wins His pleasure but whoever is discontent with that earns His wrath.” [Sunan ibn Majah Hadith no.4031]

  We as individuals know ourselves better that we are failing or passing this test, but no one can deny the fact that we, as Ummah, are failing it. Now the question arises what do we need to do to pass this test? As Ummah and as individuals we need to hold ourselves accountable. We need to know that the sufferings we are facing are a result of our own deeds. We, as Ummah, need to eradicate these deeds from within ourselves. The month of Ramadan is the best time to do it. Apart from seeking forgiveness from Allah Almighty, we, as Ummah, need to eradicate all the causes of our sufferings.

   We need to know our history. We should not forget the fact that Muslims dominated the world for about 1000 years in the fields of science, technology, warfare, economy, education, medicine, etc. We need to know how Muslims became so powerful and dominated the world in almost every field and how it ended up like this today, there is so much chaos in the Ummah. We need to learn from our forefathers what sort of character they had that Muslims were superpowers for so many centuries. We also need to learn from their mistakes, which they did as a result of which we lost that status, and not repeat these mistakes again. Most important of all, we need to study the Character of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, the rightly guided Ahlul-bait, the Sahaba, the 5 rightly guided Caliphs, Tabiyeen, and the Taba Tabiyeen. We need to try our best to imitate their character within ourselves, and the month of Ramadan is the best time of the year to do this.

    In this month of Ramadan, we Muslims as Ummah and as individuals not only need to seek the forgiveness of Allah and worship him but also know the cause of our sufferings, and we need to learn from our glorious past. We, as a Ummah, need to hold ourselves accountable for all this suffering. We need to develop the Character, bravery, piety, knowledge, discipline, patience, integrity, faith, etc. of our past heroes who dedicated their lives to the cause of Allah, but along with that, we need to learn from some of their mistakes that they did to not repeat them again.

May Allah bless you all with his blessings and mercy in this Holy month of Ramadan!

 In this blog I have written about the  Hadith regarding Dajjal, Hadith regarding Fear of Dajjal, Hadith regarding use of oil for Jumma.

Hadith regarding Dajjal

The Prophet SAW said,

 "No prophet was sent but that he warned his followers against the one-eyed liar (Ad-Dajjal). Beware! He is blind in one eye, and your Lord is not so, and there will be written between his (Ad-Dajjal's) eyes (the word) Kafir (i.e., disbeliever)." [Bukhari 7131]

Hadith regarding Fear of Dajjal

I heard Allah's Messenger SAW as saying: "The people would run away from the Dajjal seeking shelter in the mountains. She said: Where would be the Arabs then in that day? He said: They would be small in number." [Muslim 2945]

Hadith regarding use of oil for Jumma

The Prophet SAW said,

"Whoever takes a bath on Friday, purifies himself as much as he can, then uses his (hair) oil or perfumes himself with the scent of his house, then proceeds (for the Jumma prayer) and does not separate two persons sitting together (in the mosque), then prays as much as (Allah has) written for him and then remains silent while the Imam is delivering the Khutba, his sins in-between the present and the last Friday would be forgiven." [Bukhari 883]
