Hadith regarding times of Prayers

Narrated Abu Huraira and Abdullah bin Umar(May Allah be pleased with them):

Allah's Messenger SAW said, "If it is very hot, then pray the Zuhr prayer when it becomes (a bit) cooler, as the severity of the heat is from the raging of the Hell-fire." [Sahih Bukhari 533]

Hadith regarding taking someone's land unjustly

Narrated Abu Salama:

There was a dispute between him and some people (about a piece of land). When he told Aisha about it, she said, "O Abu Salama! Avoid taking the land unjustly, for the Prophet SAW said, 'Whoever usurps even one span of the land of somebody, his neck will be encircled with it down the seven earths(or he would be hanged with it from seven earths)." [Sahih Bukhari 2453]

Sahih Hadith regarding applying Perfumes

It was narrated that Aishah(May Allah be pleased with her) said:

"I used to put perfume on the Messenger of Allah using the best perfume I could find until I saw the perfume glistening(shining) on his head and in his beard before he entered Ihram." [Sunan an-Nasai 2701]

Hadith regarding Prohibition of Desiring the Position of Authority

It has been reported by the authority of 'Abd al-Rahman bin Samura who said:

The Messenger of Allah SAW said to me: "Abd al-Rahman, do not ask for a position of authority(leadership or governance), for if you are granted this position as a result of your asking for it, you will be left alone (without God's help to discharge your duties thereon), and if you are granted it without making any request for it, you will be helped (by God in the discharge of your duties)." [Sahih Muslim 1652c]

Hadith regarding virtues of Ahlul-Bayt

Narrated by Abdullah bin Abbas:

The beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW said: "O Children of Abdul Muttalib, I asked Allah three things for you; that He keeps your hearts steadfast (upon Islam); that He teaches the Deen to your ignorant and illiterate and guides your astray, and that He make you kind, generous and affectionate to one another. So if a man prays, standing between the Rukn(Hajar al-aswad also known as black stone) and Maqam(Maqam e Ibrahim), and fasts but dies with malice for the Household(Ahle Bait) of Muhammad he has entered Hell."[Al Mustadrak Hakim 4712(Narrated as Hassan Sahih according to the conditions of Imam Muslim)]

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger SAW as saying:

"Do not meet the merchant in the way(on his way to the market) and enter into a business transaction with him, and whoever meets him and buys from him (and in case it is done, see) that when the owner of (merchandise) comes into the market (and finds that he has been paid less price) he has the option (to declare the transaction null and void or illegal). Relativistic time mentioned in the Quran

In this blog, I have written about the verse of the Holy Quran in which Allah Almighty talks about the relativity of time. Translation of verse 5 of Surah As-Sajdah He conducts(governs) everything from the heavens to the earth, and then everything ascends to him on a day whose length by your reckoning is a thousand years. Explanation              The above-mentioned verse of the Holy Quran talks about a very famous concept in physics, which is the relativity of time, also known as time dilation. Late 19th and early 20th century scientists such as Lorentz, Emil Kuhn, Hermann Minkowski, Albert Einstein and many others theorized this concept, but Einstein made the greatest contribution. Time dilation deals with the fact that time is not absolute but relative. In general, time dilation is defined as how fast or how slow time will pass depending on the reference frame (accelerating/moving or non-accelerating/at rest or speeds much slower than...

Mention of the Verse of the Holy Quran which talks about time being relative

In this article, I wrote about the verse of the Quran, which mentions time being relative. Translation of Verse 47 of Surah Al-Hajj They challenge you, O Prophet, to hasten the torment(Day of Judgment/Doom's Day). And Allah will never fail in His promise. But a day with your Lord is indeed like a thousand years by your counting. Explanation                        At the beginning of this verse of Surah Al-Hajj, Allah says that the infidels challenge the Prophet Muhammad SAW in bringing the Day of Judgment or the Doom's Day before its actual time. They do so to see those punishments quickly, which they are promised by Allah for their misdeeds. It is also clearly mentioned in the second part of this verse that Allah will never fail in his promise which means that those people who have done misdeeds and disobeyed Allah will surely be punished on the day of Judgment. The last part of this verse talks about a concept in...
